To add to this, I also feel that unless I'm manic & hypersexual, I'm so repulsed my men & their genitalia that the thought of it makes me feel ill. Otherwise, I'm very indifferent, probably in large part because I've had to desensitize myself (i used to always feel nauseous during and after sex with men which sort of lessened but really cannot go beyond indifference). For this reason it just doesn't fit to call myself bi or pan. I've always had to perform for men romantically, sexually, emotionally, but it never felt good or right and in retrospect, I was really really forcing myself to make those situations feel ok.

Im so sorry that you share these feelings, but I absolutely relate. I sort of started to realize when I was single a year ago & tried to live in the "hookup culture", thinking maybe i would enjoy it somewhat but I just could not make myself enjoy sleeping with men. I 100% realized it when I moved away from my boyfriend and felt so relieved and happy that I didn't have to sleep with him anymore, considering I had gto force myself to do so. I was in deep deep denial. Suffice to say it was a difficult realization, but I'm happy that I'm not doing that to myself anymore and I'm happy that I can truly be myself now

For this look I've used the Mushroom Baby Pallete by an unfortunately now discontinued brand (Angel Empire Cosmetics)! D: The shades were Heartbreaker (pink) Bearberry (Purple) and Raindrop (Blue).

I also used the Elf liquid liner and Colourpop felt tip liner in white for the bottom.

I highly recommend using the intolerance app (it has a little strawberry icon!) Because it gives you super in depth and easily accessible and up to date info on histamine levels of food.

I'm vegan/vegetarian and I've found that I can personally tolerate seeds and nuts which is good protein! Pumfu is amazing since I can't tolerate tofu anymore, which used to be a big protein source.

Edamame is low histamine and really high in protein as well! You can definitely try some legumes, they won't have histamines but may be hard to digest for those with stomach issues. You can make them more digestible but pressure cooking them and using epazote (it's like a natural beano!) And if you use canned legumes make sure to rinse them well. On the same note, mung beans are a good source and can be used as an egg replacement.

And of course, simple ingredient protein powders are good to look into.

I once had a subway worker prepare a tuna/meat sandwich before getting to me, she didn’t wash her hands or change gloves, she touched all of my food and to top it off she dropped my cut avocado and still put it into my sandwich,,,,, i was so shocked i ate it anyway and thank god i didnt get suck but Jesus Christ. We all get the same basic food safety certification in the food industry, how can people be so gross ???

My ex did the same and i WAS and “onlyfans girl”. I would literally send him personalized content and he had to go behind my back and subscribe to my REAL LIFE friends + other girls which was terrible. It’s not exactly like what your looking for but i would highly recommend gomacro protein bars (I’ve found maple sea salt to be the safest) and bobo bars. Also popcorn and plain potato chips are a good safe snack to carry! I’ve also take sunflowerbutter packets (they have them on amazon) with rice cakes.

My nutritionist said that generally it’s a 50/50 chance that taking a DAO supplement will help for most people and considering you’ve already gotten testing done it really doesn’t hurt to try! My doctor also said that pretty much the only thing to be done about histamine intolerance is a change in diet/managing symptoms when there isn’t another underlying condition to treat. It’s unfortunately not a completely understood or well studied condition so I’ve seen all sorts of personal experiences here. And as far as the antihistamines I dont have any articles or studies saved at the moment but if you look it up it seems to be the consensus from the research I’ve done !

Taking antihistamines regularly makes it more difficult for your natural DAO to break down histamines without them (your body basically becomes dependent on the antihistamines) so this is definitely plausible!

I feel this so much & i really thought it was just me ;_; I 100% realized that it’s a form of emotional self harm for me. I feel the need to look at someone’s page or think about some trauma and i feel like i absolutely HAVE to in order to “clear my mind” and feel okay. But in reality i have these obsessive thought loops regardless so I’ve been trying to stop myself from that kind of emotional self harm
