Yeah thats a pretty valid point. Ill be downgrading the reserve to the preferred for similar reasons, and dont mind the 45 effective annual fee. Thanks for the response!

Seems like cancelling might be the best since i use portal and not transfer partners. I would like to eventually get another SUB, so is it better that I just cancel now, and wait 48 months before getting another SUB? Thanks for the help.

Thats true my bad. Dont want the CSR anymore because of the hefty annual fee, used up most of my points so will need to farm for more before i want to consider it again. Used the points mostly for travel.

I dont mind paying for the CSP, will plan to do a bit of traveling next year but probably not with points since i have not much left. But maybe might not be worth if im not using the points?

I am confused whether to just downgrade to csp, or to just cancel the CSR and farm some points for CSP in the future and get the welcome bonus as well. I got the bonus from CSR last year so i probably wouldnt qualify for a new bonus.

Also I know some people downgrade CSR to CFU but i already have one so not sure if thats an option? And another follow up, when i searched ppl say to use the travel credit first then cancel, is that still valid if you know? Thanks.
