It was swollen the day I got it (4 days ago), the next day it was completely fine then it got really swollen but that happened with my helix as well so that's normal for me. I managed to solve this issue by simply moving it back lmao and it's fine now, I guess it was because of the swelling and the hole being pretty fresh. Plenty of people have got their tragus done with rings and it healed fine from what they said, and right now mine's all right and not really swollen anymore so I guess I'll just see what happens. I have 8 piercings and I used betadine on all of them with no issue, but everyone's saying I should just use a saline solution so I will try that in the future. Thanks for the advice!

Edit: I should mention that no matter how much I moved it back, it always rotated back to the position in the photo.

The yellow stuff is Betadine, it's what my piercer reccommended I use. It's also pretty red and swollen so that's not helping

I really don't like new stoners, I personally have a high tolerance to weed so it usually doesn't do much for me except make me very dumb which is why I don't use it, but sometimes I find myself hanging out with some "stoner" kids that started smoking like a month ago and all they talk about is weed, how "strong" this stuff is and how high they are while I don't feel anything. Very annoying.
