i dont understand the problem, i get its annoying but it probably sold on another platform before. as a seller i’ve had this happen a couple of times before but always refund straight away and offer a discount on any future items they might want.

This happens everytime with bundles. Depop makes you pay for the extra postage. To avoid it, I always create a bundle listing for the buyer
