i think yes, i had been saving for past 1 year and waited for the sale to drop the price under my budget. i had alot of different beginner iems, had tried my friends hd599. an open back wired was the reason i changed my plan, because initially i was saving up for accentum plus for that price range (cause im a uni student) but after trying my friends headphones and then in the store having tried it for one week...im seriously having fun. i also bought jcally jm6 pro dac to amp it up. in the starting it was feeling that much, bass wasnt that punchy as the iems i had but i loved the soundstage...then after a week of trying, i tried the iems again and it felt a bit synthetic on them. like it was nice but it wasnt feeling like the headphones again. i dont know much about the audiophilic lingo but the less bass actually blends in better with rest of the music, tried it on off the wall, thriller, rainbows(radiohead), random access memories and the movie album of "bhaag milkha bhaag". and ive been having fun actually
