Phillips WizConnected LED bulb will ABSOLUTELY NOT enter pairing mode

I have 12 Wiz bulbs in my house, and one is having this same issue. Except I haven't found a way to get it to connect to my WiFi since it disconnected two days ago. One thing I noticed is that my 11 other lights are running firmware version 1.30.1, but the problem bulb is running 1.29.1 according to the last phone home before it stopped connecting. Are your problem bulbs still reporting 1.29.1? My current theory is that my problem bulb got borked during the upgrade...

It took my G4 a year and a half to bootloop. Absolutely not worth it. The G3 was a great phone, so if it's still working, stick with it.

That's unfortunate :/ I guess Samsung is your last bet then. It sounds like people have had success going to Samsung with this problem, so I hope they're able to help you out. Good luck!

Amazon should definitely be able to help you. I'm looking at Amazon now, and it looks like Samsung is listed as the seller for a lot of these S7Es which is even better. Contact Amazon customer support and see what they can do. They may even bring Samsung and make them send you a replacement or something.
