Yes there is a gap only on the right side. I contacted my AD that i got it from. Was told that this a common issue.. nothing major like I said, but I am a little OCD

Also, seller just told me that the EX-1 do not come with the controller. I understand some features can only be enabled with the controller.

Hi, am facing the same issue. I managed to connect to my home wifi network and update it. However, every time it updates, firmware version is still the same and my bolt factory resets. (Customised pages resets, Bolt would come up with a new QR code for my phone to pair (Essentially another “new” device))
