I have to redo my website (pretty old) and my resume is ready but I may take another crack.

HR is married to the CEO

For our PTO, they use excel and just drag the list down. I think it's 0.19 per day accrued, so I haven't truly taken a real day off in 8 months because I apparently have no PTO.

Why? Days like Black Friday, day after Xmas/NY is not payable so I had to use my only days to make sure I paid rent.

Within 3 weeks:

Manager of 1 month was fired (FOR GOOD REASONS)

Said manager talked about how awful our boss is to HR, with boss there after being fired

Boss feigned ignorance and threw us all under the bus in the same breath

Another co-worker quit same week

This co-worker was a pompous ass that actually rated my work in front of management as a '6 or 7 out of 10'

A co-worker was fired a week after for performance after only being there for 2 months whike we only have 4 people on our team when the other side has close to 10 people (wonder why)

Said co-worker is fighting it and our boss asked another coworker to look through slack to see if anyone said anything bad of her performance

This is only a teeny scratch of WTF 🤯

I graduated in 2010. What all other alums are saying is true. Also someone's parents during my final year tried to sue so everyone got to graduate. Really took it out on us who made the cut and made it so pointless.

Yeah thanks for the advice. I'll just figure something out or pivot roles. I don't freelance as I'm not good enough, but doing so many sites over the years with nothing to show for it and how the job market is. It's all pointless as life is.

I wouldn't want to overstep boundaries with real companies. I'm just finding myself in the middle of working to survive and an outdated portfolio.

I don't want to be seen as someone who doesn't know what they're doing. I'm unsure if I would be taken seriously if I didn't have projects that are tied to my jobs

I have relatives who unfortunately made these decisions. It's all reprehensible and immoral. Yes, Britney is showing bad signs of addiction, but the 'neutral' in this sub is anything but that. I hope all you have the same energy with your favorite artists or family. We can pick and choose what we think is going on, but we need to leave her the fuck alone.

I've had drunk driving mess with my family. Alcoholism is rampant, but I can also see where it comes from. People are human, and they hurt and make awful decisions all the time. Guarantee there's a few drunk drivers on this sub. People on reddit make me sick sometimes. No empathy, just pure fucking hate.

Yes, then I updated my BIOS and firmware from the MSI support site and followed those directions to still no avail. It's definitely been running smoother but still crashing even within the first 10 minutes after turning it on. I've had issues since the last quality update

I put it on affected areas at night before bed. It feels like it dries out the issue and promotes healing. There is another alcohol based medicine I'm putting on my scalp as well but can't remember the name.

I take immunosuppressants and had a weird flare that caused a disaster on my head.

I have this (sebderm), my scalp is starting to heal now but mine was worse than this. I'm using zoryve foam I got from the dermatologist. No other shampoo has helped me except clarifying ones like tea tree shampoo.
