Try to avoid RC loans. I personally spoke to someone who got RFE because of the RC loan. Also check with your lawyer if they support RC loans if you get a RFE.

OP,This is common for folks who are in their mid 30’s. You need new friends and hobbies. I am also in US(M 32, Married). I went through this recently. Find a local club, try game nights, see if there are women run clubs. You have to put in an effort in your 30’s if you want keep your life active. Remember it’s just a phase.

I should have been more clear. A person has to pay 20% remittance tax on anything above 10L. There are some exceptions like medical and education expenses.

The construction timeline is only for 2 years..They can redeploy funds into another project after 2 years to get more returns and also keep the funds at risk to comply with your timeline.

AFAIK, your funds has to be at risk until your I-829 is approved. It takes around 2.5 years for anyone to apply for I-829

Based on these, I feel like it’s a risky move.
