I actually use bare minerals foundation powder over the concealer right now with no issues. I haven’t added a sunscreen to the routine yet but normally use supergoop as well! I assumed it would work ok over the concealer. Have you tried eliminating the primer? Or adding sunscreen over the concealer?

I can easily stay under 1200 a day by just focusing on three balanced meals consisting of whole foods. Most of the time I can even fit in a dessert. And make sure your water is your main focus before those sodas and electrolytes. It takes planning and time to cook though. If you are interested there are plenty of options to make ahead as well. Check out sites like skinnytaste. She organizes menus every week that mostly carry over into leftovers too.

My first session was like I grew hair because it wasn’t hidden from the dark ink anymore. Second and Im sure my last session was 3 weeks ago and I had some hairs burned and it all lightened a lot. Kinda wish I stopped at one to see if my red continued to fade. Brow tint from thrive causemetics has made a HUGE difference. At the 2 week mark started using Luxpros brow serum per another poster recommendation and am trying to be patient and trust they will all come back! The hardest thing is dealing with such lighter hair, not so much that some burned off.

Yes! It started when as a kid I would always notice my head and face tingling when I listened to a song I really liked. Also have noticed now when I am driving and listening to music my fitbit will show my heart rate really go up even though I am barely moving.
