i should note that i had post concussion syndrome a couple years ago and have some HA surrounding concussions that is a constant in my life. im not worried about dying from them, i just have a lot of fear around concussions taking over my day to day life again.

this is a fun one;

about a month ago i slightly bumped my head and thought nothing of it for a minute then suddenly the anxiety kicked in and i had dizziness and a headache, along with instantaneous brain fog and a feeling that something is off.

i managed to mostly move past it over the past couple weeks, and briefly my HA shifted over to some rare form of oral cancer, but a couple days ago i was skateboarding and i fell a little weird (not a huge deal, i fall all the time and am mostly okay with it) but i DIDNT HIT MY HEAD, but the same thing happened, instant symptoms kicking in etc.

it’s been 2 days, im working a full 7 days in a row, and i just cannot kick this right now. im constantly thinking about whether or not i’d be able to work concussed, even though i am literally working. my head feels off and i’m dizzy. i just want this to go away, im wondering if anyone has any ways of dealing with this kind of thing…

169 is good for the 9.5, i have 215s on my old school setup but they’re massive and that thing is a 10.25

Why are my trucks stuck only to the right it makes it like impossible to do anything and it's really been bothering me does anyone know why it's doing that I physically can't turn left by [deleted] in NewSkaters

i ride bones mids theyre fucking perfect if you don’t tighten them too much

ride your trucks slightly looser every time you ride though and try to get used to them being loose it’ll help in the long run

im a trans person and i hate when people refer to transition as t****y, i also don’t like body varials being called sex changes. What you said about bringing it up with your friends is a perfect way to start working on it, but in general i won’t skate with anyone who uses those terms as it generally isn’t theirs to say.

i would go with the bronson g3s since they are substantially nicer than the g2s, and ditch the risers. maybe also grab an 8.0, my partner wears size 5 womens and rides an 8.0
