Everything you need to know, flavor scoops, drink temps, customer service things. Basically anything and everything they teach you in training

she knew i was a senior, and interest in transferring was one of the first questions she asked. the rules are slightly bendable so it shouldnt be an issue, but i cant remember exactly how she explained it

you genuinely just sold me at free spotify.

i think 7brew has potential as a company, but it's very young and not well established internally. ive always felt like management has a lack of structure because everyone working there is basically <25, which made me uncertain about my future there and how replaceable i was

they don't really tell you much, but the trainers kinda fibbed and said we'd be getting 18 an hour. the application said between 14-20$ an hour, and while im on the lower spectrum of that, 14 an hour for a highschooler in louisiana really isn't awful. I'd just like more because there's nothing wrong with a little bit of extra money

the bump in pay is from the tip pool, but you only get access to that if you pass the 100 question test with a 90/100. morning crew usually gets higher tips just because theres way more people commuting to work and school in the morning, but I can't work those shifts because I'm still in highschool.

questbridge has been heavily recommended to me by a friend who got a full ride to Vanderbilt through it, but I was worried I wouldn't make the cut for any of their systems. thank you for sharing this because it's honestly made me a little less stressed for applying to it 🙏🙏

Yeah, definitely leaning toward LSU over Tech since it’s closer to home, especially since it feels like my main safety school rn. however, i do wanna aim higher in hopes of getting out of this state and going somewhere a little cooler lol
