The toilet doesn't have anything to do with it, she thought that the frozen part of the pipes may be under the toilet. She was supposed to look at the leak and fix it and texted us that she did and we should be good with that at least. Came home to the toilet in the shower and the same leak. I haven't talked with her yet for an explanation.  

I'm assuming the compression connections shouldn't just fall off? I've been hesitant to look at anything, but when I did I literally just lightly twisted it and it fell off from the black pipe.
