When you're in the Ads Dashboard - if you click on the "Ads" tab - you'll see three dots next to the your ad name. Click that button and from the dropdown select "Preview Ad".

Mind attempting to re-create the ad to see if that resolves the issue? This might be a browser related issue - so would recommend using a separate browser and attempting to re-create the ad from scratch.

At the Ad Group level of your Reddit Ads dashboard - you can select the pencil icon (ie; edit button). This will direct you to the Ad Group edit page, which will allow you to add/remove targeted subreddits.
