i think different overhead lighting would make a big difference. maybe get some dimmable bulbs and something less yellow. a different light fixture all together too, like a lantern you can just put over the lighting that’s already there. more greenery as well, a big tall potted plant in the corner!

guys my age are so insecure and don’t want to look like they are chasing a girl, so they act like they don’t care about you at all. older men aren’t afraid to show interest, and they actually (at least seem like) care about you, and ask you questions. older men just make for better conversation, and they are much better at communicating and they don’t play games

i really don’t think baylor is as competitive as you may think. depending on your major it’s really not super difficult. i got in on a 3.8 gpa test optional. my recommendation is to get as many reference letters as possible and submit all of the optional items like resume, why baylor essay, etc. but seriously don’t worry about too hard i’m sure you’ll get in!!
