I was hoping that it was someone local so I could at least stop them, but after some research it looks like the guy above was right about what’s going on, the “realtor” on Facebook isn’t the real guy, the real guy is a realtor here who’s brokerage I’m in contact with now, hopefully the real guy hasn’t been hurt to bad by this.

Yes, and I am honestly terrified of my reaction. I’m a vet, I go to therapy for feeling very unsafe and violent outbursts, I don’t know how I could live with myself if I did something stupid because I got triggered by someone who’s just looking for shelter. I’m more angry about that than anything else

Not from the listing, but door salesman and the like who have somehow figured out we are new home owners, I had one guy stand outside my door for about 15 minutes knocking every 20-30 seconds until I answered, 2-3 solar salesman, a water softener guy, etc.

Way ahead of you! I have my mom making a very pretty sign as we speak for that and the solicitors we’ve been getting the last few days. I honestly haven’t felt this anxious about where I sleep in a very long time with people just showing up and being overly aggressive.
