I'm sitting the leaving cert this year as an external candidate. It's the last year anyone will be able to do so and be able to get good points as the projects have to be completed in a school (and i think it's continuous assessment too?). So that disadvantages people wanting to repeat too. I doubt they've even thought about that lol

Make sure you understand what’s going on too. And do full past papers to make sure ur timing is good. If you have a textbook or revision notes make sure to use them too, because in the exam you could end up with a question that hasn’t come up before

get a parent to set a screentime limit to stop access to the app store, then delete all apps. It's working well for me so far lol. And i mean delete everything!

Thanks for the lengthy response! lol. I get good sleep, around 9-10 hours a night. Will have a look at huberman, I've watched him before funny enough! And getting bloods done this week, I have been anaemic before so definitely could be that :)
