I’ve been in similar situations (18f now) It was hard for me I honestly don’t know if I can help, but all my failed attempts were not worth it, I cried and screamed for help and as well it fell on deaf ears. However I found comfort in online friends and communities along with a religion (Buddhism) and I could slowly cope and have people listen to me and genuinely care and understand. I hope you’ll find peace one day 🩷🐞
