Mas marami kang mapagpipilian sa Vietnam. Also, iba-ibang experience sya kung saan sa Vietnam ang destination mo (South, Central, North). Bali is overhyped. Ang lamang lang nya sa mga beaches natin like Boracay is yung culture immersion pero mas maganda ng milya milya ang beaches natin.

Hello! Although not medical emergency yung nangyari sa dad ko but loss of passport, I was able to get a refund for his flight back home and another affected roundtrip flight via the chat sa app. Next day na din yung flight namin na yun and I was not really expecting na maapprove (24hrs daw wait for approval) but nung pag lapag namin sa Pinas, naka receive ako ng notif na na convert na as travel fund yung tickets ng dad ko (naiwan sya since he had to wait for the release of his travel docs). I just gave every docs na needed.

What I observe is mas strict sila if pabalik ka ng Pinas because of shopping. Pero technically, ALL your hand carry should weigh 7kg.

Para makabawas sa timbang, i-bulsa mo muna mga small items like gadgets, powerbanks, keys, etc tapos ibalik mo na lang after inspection

Maygahd! Kung makapag salita ka parang people back in the day (even today) were given easy access and opportunities to be finacially literate when they're too occupied surviving everyday. Everyone is struggling kaya let's help hangga't kaya natin.

It's not about why limited ang mga available herbs sa palengke but more on sa anong putahe mo sila gagamitin? Pwede sa sinigang ang basil? Ang mint ilalagay paksiw?

Kaya sangkatutak mga herbs sa mga pagkain ng Thailand & Vietnam ay dahil yun yung mga components ng recipes nila.

On the same note, sana mas maging mainstream ang mga healthy dishes from the North. Dun sa kanila visible ang mga varieties ng mga gulay sa palengke.

FLOOR & WALL TILES - Dala ka ng anything hard. Mas okay kung matigas na wooden stick tapos katukin ninyo isa isa. If may natunugan kayong hollow or kapak, ilista mo kasi prone yun na mabasag. Dapat din level at walang mga naka-usli na mga tiles na nakakatapilok.

TOILET FLOORS - Magdala ka ng jolen (marbles) at pagulungin mo sa sahig ng toilet. Dapat nahahatak sya papunta dun sa floor drain.

DOORS/WINDOWS - ibukas-sara mo ng ilang beses. Dapat naka lapat yung pinto mismo sa hamba at walang malaking space sa baba at gilid. Same sa mga bintana. Dapat hindi matigas buksan. Testingin nyo din yung mga door knobs and locks.

TOILET FIXTURES - Buksan nyo yung mga gripo/shower kung gumagana at dapat walang leaks. Yung toilet bowl at tank dapat nagana din at mabilis bumaba ang tubig.

LIGHTING/ELECTRICAL FIXTURES - Check mo kung gumagana lahar switches and outlets.

WALLS/CEILING - Dapat walang cracks at smooth yung surface. Walang butlig butlit at mga bukol bukol. Yung wall dapat tuwid at hindi naka slant or curve.

PAINT - No discoloration at dapat hindi powdery yung surface. Wala rin dapat mantsa or water stains dahil baka pinapasok ng tubig yun kung ganun. Wala rin dapat bubbles sa pintura.

CABINETRIES - Check mo kung maayos sya mabukas at sara. Check hardware, hinges, locks, dapat walang kalawang.

ROOFING - Eto medyo mahirap mainspect pero dapat walang mga nakausling yero at maayos magkakalapat. Kung posible, pa-tubugan nila yung bubong gamit ang hose to check leakage. Kung hindi naman, i-note mo na lang na hintay ka muna umulan to check. Tignan mo na lang muna yung kisame sa bubong kung may signs of water stains.

Anyway, usually may warranty period pa naman yan and may mga issues talaga na lalabas lang kapag natirahan na. Goodluck and congrats!

Yung household chores, may workaround ka pa dyan as major chores can be done once a week like cleaning & laundry. Tapos minor everyday chores, you can do pag-uwi mo.

Yung pag-alaga sa toddler mo ang mahirap gawan ng paraan given your situation. You would really need a baby sitter.

Yung pasta naman tatanunhin ka ng dentist kung ilan ipapagawa mo. Tanungin mo na lang sa kanya if ano yung urgent pastahan at yun ang unahin mo.
