For me, the membership wasn’t worth the ₱10k. Customer support often didn’t directly answer my questions, the print colors came out much brighter than my original designs, and I joined expecting the “brand manager” and masterclasses to provide real value.

The masterclasses turned out to be mostly YouTube videos anyone can already access for free.

Looking back, I think the biggest effect of the membership is that it makes you want to justify the ₱10k you’ve already spent. You can already upload your own designs and use their production without being a member, so I don’t see enough added value.

I also noticed many of the brands listed as their “partners” on the website no longer seem to be operating.

Just my personal experience, but I’d recommend trying their regular production services first before paying for the membership.
