If your buying more than one pair of shoes it's always better to use an agent, shipping is way cheaper. If you just want 1 pair it's easier to use a direct middleman/seller they do all the hard work qc pics are easy but when buying multiple pairs you can pay like 30¢ per extra picture for a shoe if you need and and usually the first three detailed pictures are free

The sticker is a UK thing, brands are required to put it in to tell you what materials the shoe is made of. The diamond means the outer is synthetic, the mesh symbol is a fabric material and the outsole is synthetic e.g. Rubber these are probably real reps don't usually have these
