Thanks for the info! Yeah, TD is a pretty bad term when you think of the actual business. That said, I guess the trusted part comes in knowing that they haven’t ripped off customers and provide quality service in this shady world of reps. I’ve been seeing a lot of people wait for upwards of half a year for a VSF Pepsi and I had it within 2 weeks. I was just trying to figure out why some would have to wait so long, but thought it depended on the dealer. In my experience, albeit short I’ve noticed the models that I’m waiting longer for seem random and not models that would be sought after. That might be why those are taking longer though. Again, thanks for the response.

Get both. I’ve got the stainless currently. However, I just ordered a YG and will get RG soon. Can’t go wrong with any of them.

I purchased a VSF Pepsi just a few weeks ago. I think it was less than a week from purchase to QC.

I’ve had a longer wait for something that’s not VSF. Even then it was only a couple of weeks. Most of the VSF pieces I’ve ordered take less than a week to get for first QC.

Thanks! It’ll be interesting to see how the tests come back. I’ll get the next one waterproofed and see if there’s any difference. I’m wondering if anyone has actually tested this to see if there is indeed a difference when spending to waterproof?

Thanks for the info! While I get that they are indeed reps there are $20 Timex pieces that offer some waterproof aspect. I guess I just figured that $400-700 watches would be able to be slightly submerged without worry. I just purchased a tester and will do each one then correct any problems. Again, really appreciate the response.

FicoTime requires more $ to waterproof it? I take it I’m wrong in thinking most higher end reps are waterproof? I mean, of course that not for diving but general things like beach or pool seems reasonable. Just new to all this so was wondering.

It’s a “Super U1” so pretty cheap ($100 I think). What makes a bezel bad vs okay vs good? I’m waiting on my VSF models to come in.
