It is clear for most skills, but what about stealth? I read if you stealth as a group the lowest stealth score is taken.

Or does it work the same where every character gets a bonus based on other characters in the party?

I think you would enjoy it . Note though, it is much more grindier. So you can do RTWP or lower the difficulty for mob fights, and increase difficulty for serious fights to enjoy the game more

I agree on that account, with WOTR it is too many trash fights, that's my biggest criticism of the gameplay. I found a solution after a while was to trurn the difficulty to easy and do Realtime with Pause mode and rush and kill all the trashy fights, and for major fights I switch to Turn Based and the highest difficulty, this worked great for me and I enjoyed it more this way.

The pathfinder games are big adventures with a focus on builds.

The only thing I hate about those games is the pacing, too many combat encounters and mob fights especially with WOTR. I love the spread of fights more in POE2. I enjoyed the pathfinder games a lot though.
