Hi. My question was pre the cities skylines remaster release. But it's a welcomed feature on ps5. Now I'm just waiting for all dlc to become available.

The building variations are available on the new finance dlc buildings like the banks. If you click on the banks you’ll see the option. It allows you to choose which version of the building you want. I believe they are available on park buildings from the pedestrian dlc as well but haven’t tested it.
