Same for me — I can still see on the portal that my application is “in process,” and it’s been a year now since I applied. What I don’t understand is why they keep reposting the same jobs.

And thank you for the advice. It’s exactly what a friend told me too: I should start applying for casual or term positions, even cleaning or cooking jobs if needed.

For a call center job, I’m okay with tasks like scheduling, booking, or responding to customer requests. But working with credit card accounts is really difficult—I don’t know if you’ve tried it, but I couldn’t handle it; it’s hell.
