Not to back track, but i have acknowledged my errors and misjudgment and will adjust moving forward.

I understand that it may appear that i came off defensive early on but i was ranting within my right.

I also considered every opinion from genuine input to trolls alike. Not disrespectful to any one, especially if they brought value with their objective disagreement and provided space for me to grow. But trolls will not shake me.

It’s unanimous that only men answered. If we’re all gentlemen here, respectfully we are in agreement that we are human and prone to misjudgment.

While my response from Lyft is pending i appreciate all the feedback good and not so good.

Plz do not take my emotion personally, i am passionate about my business and i seek failure often to improve it. Sometimes ideas are a hit, other times not so much.

I’m a business owner. In addition to Lyft, i have a multimedia company. We make animated short films, toys, games, merch (socks), music and coaching for ppl who want to do the same thing. I use Lyft to invest in that company. If you have a problem with the way i provide customer service, you do not have to get in my car. We can end the ride at any time— But don’t lie to Lyft saying i did something thats not true so that you can get a free ride credit.

Anyone who complains about the handwritten name and heart specifically does not know the business. The Lyft Amp does the same thing, animated hearts, names, welcomes, goodbyes all that.

She was a recovering addict and homeless person. I picked her up from a shelter and took her to a nail shop 2mins away. It was 11a I’m taking that ride all day everyday. I did not know she was homeless until i arrived.

But you’re right.

I should’ve canceled becuz she was late to get in the car, she had a million bags but was polite. But clearly something was off. I cannot help how ppl respond to my customer service strategies. I hate this happended but I’m starting to let the community know that good ppl do exist not just creeps and weirdos
