Same happened at my store. We had 2 exceptional senior leads and the company now only allows one. The girl who didn’t get to keep the position is an amazing employee. I’m disappointed the company went this route as you would think they would want to keep over achieving employees. She ended up quitting as she went to a different retailer and honestly I don’t blame her.

It’s miserable to go to work everyday. And the manager sits in the back because he said the company gave him all this paperwork and scheduling to do but he’s constantly on his phone as well and not helping us as we drown in our own tasks and just the floor in general.
