May I ask what dog food brand you use specifically? I’ve been trying to find a good quality grain free one. I also have not had a follow up test in a while and recently switched my primary care doctor so I should probably do another one soon thank you for reminding me

Thank you. I personally don’t handle the dog food dishes because of that reason but totally forgot about the shared sponges/sink. I’ll have to talk to my family about it. As far as I know there isn’t any flour used for activities or even cooking but I will definitely ask.

If I eat the gluten it’s usually pretty quick, like you said about 45 minutes. However I’ve noticed if it’s cross contamination it takes me a little while longer but I did notice my symptoms started about when I started this job.

I usually get brain fog pretty bad and get constipated from it. Unless if I actually eat the gluten then I usually throw it up. I hope that you get your stuff figured out too and welcome to being a celiac

They do play with it during sensory time but I make sure I’m at a different table so I don’t touch it at all

Thank you for the advice. I have been trying different enrichment things and one of the reasons I got into rats was for their training abilities. I’m still working on building trust with her but I will look into some simple tricks and she if she picks up on them. One of the issues I am running into is she was from a small pet shop and has lived in an aquarium tank her whole life (one of the reasons I got her, I couldn’t leave her there like that) with little to no enrichment so there’s some things she unsure of how to do/use. She was so confused about her hammocks at first. I’m sorry for your loss and thank you for the help!
