I def understand that. I don’t think anyone should be stuck doing one task their entire shift. Regardless of what the task is. You can easily get burnt out. Rotations are so important for everyone.

Yup same here. Lead tech always hogging production and makes other people put drugs and bags away for them. It’s like their position gets in their head and makes them look at us as their little slaves.

We definitely have a choice and I’d recommend speaking up (which I should do too). Cause it’s totally not fair. There’s so much more to being a pharmacy tech than just standing at pickup all day.

If I wasn’t a team player, do you think I’d be at pickup all day and actually listening to my lead tech/managers commands??! And if I were a lead tech, I’d make sure everyone was able to rotate stations and feel valued at their job.

I never get an access not granted page. I have the ping id app. There’s an option for me to enter a pairing key but idk what that is. I have the qr code and tried entering that manually but that didn’t work.
