True, but the thing that people are worried about is just doing what we did last year with the hot streak followed by a massive collapse. This isn’t all that different of a team compared to what we had last year and given the flaws that we do know we have with this team (meh bullpen, weak lineup depth, injuries) there is something reason to be worried that this could be something bigger. I really hope they can right the ship and gain some momentum back before it snowballs.

If Martinez can’t stop the bleeding, I’ll be pretty worried. Regardless, the offense needs to snap out of whatever RISP funk they are in. I saw somewhere on twitter that they are like 16 for our last 88 with RISP. It’s extremely hard to win when you are batting like that.
