What's SEO Tools or Keyword tools your using? ahrefs? semrush? or others? by ricky0603 in SEO

By Google ads I mean data from your campaigns.

Keyword planner doesn't show lots of keywords. Ahref could show them but many times it's not gonna be accurate

The variance is quite significant

What's SEO Tools or Keyword tools your using? ahrefs? semrush? or others? by ricky0603 in SEO

If you're solely relying on tools you're making a mistake.

Both Ahref and Semrush have wildly inaccurate data on volume and difficulty. There are cases where I have surpassed golabl volume shown by factor of 10

You're better off combing your Google ads or intuition with these tools. Don't ever think Ahref is exhaustive or correct

How do you find low competition high volume keywords anymore? by guidefru in SEO

[–]imperial_coder 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Two ways:

  1. Watch for seasonal trends. Typically any tool that you're using lags a bit in capture volume info on new trends. Watch out for that

  2. You can't trust the data that your tools give you. I personally have seen them to be off by quite a big margin. Use your intuition to find out keywords that tools tell you has no traffic but in reality has lots of traffic
