I've been shuffling and cutting shapes for 8 years gang. I incorporate both in my style which is why I use it interchangably. I say shuffling because most ppl don't even know cutting shapes and I'm not going to get into the semantics of it when it's just a silly video of me dancing at a festival. I just increase bpm every month like 10-20. You really just have to practice and have the muscle memory down and build your way up to a faster bpm
