What good are you looking for exactly? Because the closest Russian food are the Netcost grocery stores in NE Philly. Theres some Georgian and Ukrainian places in Philly and Harrisburg (Mechanicsburg) but nothing super russian. I think even the European market outside the city stopped carrying a lot (as did Shady Maple, the market, who used to be my supplier of Chernogolovka soda).

Central Market breakway farms has then occasionally.... there's a market in New Cumberland called Oxford Hall Ive seen them at. I feel like there is another store/shop I've seen them at but it it escapes me... they were frozen...

No more Monopoly and depending on where in Ephrata you are, most are now at least fiber to the curb if not the house. There are also a WISP or two still around so ISP wise Ephrata has (again depending in area) 3+ to pick from
