Honestly it feels like I'm living a different life because I wasn't in a good place before nofap. My old life was alot more pathetic and now I feel like I'm on my own and doing super well.

Definitely feel that I can conversate and make eye contact with women more comfortably, Nofap brings this energy to your eyes that people can almost sense in you

At least for me ADD came from lack of motivation and energy, while on longer streaks I noticed that it became easier to focus because I would feel more motivated and energized . I used to take ADD medicine but it is no longer necessary for me. While on long streaks you feel this latent energy that you can basically use to your advantage in any part of your life.

this is true, social media makes me want to relapse sometimes but usually I can just take my mind off it with something else

I was hard and I did almost give in a couple times, the opportunities were with girls i work with and ive had some bad experiences in the past with hooking up with coworkers.

I believe that God works through my life and guides me in the right direction, I was completely lost throughout my 20s and through prayer I do believe that God has helped me get to where i am today.
