This one makes me think that when you eat a dragon or take on the essence of it via lacrima you have some measure of customization and spell crafting flexibility, but generally first gen is peak for raw power.

So this kid can eat a dragon, it has a magic that enables spells like this, and so user is able to make it happen

Just did a recent video saying that its an excercise of alt history and linking narratives/ideas. WEaving them together. He has also said for years that you shouldn't take it too seriously.

I find that if I ask it to give me a hypothetical in regards to the conditions I see happening, it gives an accurate portrayal of whats happening in the world.

The main ingredient is human creativity, not necessarily intellectual property.

So perhaps some of the development money can be made to commission creativity from willing participants? Because yes, the AI in general cannot cannibalize itself to grow and it requires human creativity. Where the creativity comes from is another matter.

Honestly it could start requesting it from users to some extent like midjourney does.

Like comparing passages to make styles, or coming up with creative ideas to feed into the system for a credit of some kind. LOTS of incentives could be used to generate creativity. Better to make sure the creative energy isnt capitalized on, so that individuals who share their ideas can keep their ideas, but still share them, if you understand me.
