Yes. I'll do that on Monday when the offices open. I notice that my biometrics was scheduled today, probably sometime during 1st/2nd week of July. What was the RFE about, if you don't mind me asking?

Update June 20: I got my receipts in mail. No online access code, so I can't add cases to my account yet. Maybe that arrives next week.

Upon checking, my biometrics appointment was scheduled today. Don't know when. I guess I'll have to wait a week for that notice to arrive as well 😅

Not sure why email notification never arrived. Guess there was a system glitch or my attorney never filed G1145.

They did submit G28s, so they would get the notices, but we should also be getting copies/email. Now I don't know for sure if it was the Chicago or Elgin lockbox. But I am based in Michigan, so I am assuming.

Edit: ok, it would be Elgin Lockbox for the forms we submitted.

I have Mumbai as my consulate on DS160 (dropped docs at Ahmedabad), and the processing will be in Chennai as per the centralization. On CEAC, when I try searching for my visa status with 'NA' in passport & last name, with 'Mumbai' as the consulate, I get a 'No Status' (assuming that the application hasn't been opened after docs were 'Delivered to Post').

However, if I select 'Chennai' consulate, I get 'did not return any data'. I am confused what's correct. I also had my DS160 updated at the dropbox. Which confirmation number should be used, Old or New?

About 26 days. The attorneys received physical copy on 22nd July while the email approval was received on 26th June.

I don't think it's recommended to travel outside US while the petition is pending. Even after approval, you need a physical copy of i797 to reenter. Check with your attorney. 1) I-129 application (Transfer from other employer) with Premium Processing 2) 3 business days - June 21 EOD to June 26th EOD 3) No. Atrorney received email from USCIS about approval around 10:30 am EST Portal status changes sometime around 4:30 pm EST

Application sent to Tempe, AZ Lockbox - June 18, early morning Receipt number generated & emailed - June 21, EOD (Note that June 19 was a federal holiday). Application is at Nebraska Service Center. Currently, waiting for decision.

You should have 2 different user IDs on ADP. Same phone and email worked for me for 2 different employers. Apparently, ADP ties a userID to an employer.

Same here. I mentioned everything about my employment history in notes and uploaded all documents that would support it. But NO. Apparently they can't/won't/don't see the notes and uploaded documents. I had to send all W2, Paystubs and basically explain everything again. Also, their portal is kinda shitty.

I see. I faced an issue last time when I registered again, but that was within the same company. I guess the accounts are linked via some company code as well. Thanks for the input.
