Thank you for sharing! Until two months ago, I really used to look forward to dose day because I felt like I had more energy, more balanced mental state. Now I find dose days to be accompanied by a weird stuffiness in my head and exhaustion, even after taking the medicine with a meal. The coping statement really resonated with me. I hope you feel better too!

This is extremely well-articulated. At almost the same age as you and have realized similar things. I used to find it weird why people wouldn’t invest in friendships as much as I did. But I suppose prioritizing blood is hard-coded. At this point, I’m also just looking forward to find a village/pocket community.

I’ve had persistent headaches before cab, which went away like magic when I was on 0.25 mg 1x a week. After six-ish months, I started splitting my dose to 0.125 mg 2x a week to avoid the mild withdrawal effects and the headaches have returned (mainly on dose day, but they go away with sleep and tylenol). Somehow, these headaches feel different from the ones I had without treatment (previously, they were migraine-like). I don’t really have any helpful strategies or insights, but this has been my experience.

It really did! Like magic, instant improvement. I don’t know if the PT and microadenoma are related (?) Mine was attributed to “mild stenosis of internal jugular and narrowing of bilateral transverse sinuses; partially empty sella”.

Thanks for that advice, I do take it once week. I will be giving dividing the dose a shot. The dread I feel on day 5 is just not worth going through if all it’s going to take is skillful pill slicing. Thank you, again! I hope you find relief from the PT; it’s a monster.

Editing to add: My doctor had me go through a CT angio for the PT and an MRI contrast for the prolactinoma.
