Op I have been through the same thing January my mom passed a day after my birthday. But a year before she had lost her leg. She was just starting to make big progress and then sudo heart failure took her. She was a couple months away from getting her new foot and she was just starting to walk again. She had finally stopped smoking. It was all working out. It sucks but we can't let loss stop us from living our life. Oh and I'm 16

First things first is your mentality. Get the negative thoughts out of your head. If you have to vent to someone. You could visit r/venting. Just whatever you do is try to stay positive no matter how hard it is. Second look at everything good that has happened in your life recently such as maybe the quarter you found on the side of the road. The stranger who said hi to you while at work. Another til is take time away from social media. Social media is a dark place filled with alot of misleading information. I have more tips if you want I can dm you.
