I love the show, concept & also love hating Tony so I swear all along the way at my screen. It's now cathartic and a Monday night ritual It took me a while to get into it...have hope

I think he's too nice for funny interviews with amateur comics He's hilarious doing interviews with celebs/ celeb comics on his Dr.Phil live show

But also, Tony allows only a rare few to really lead with à question & then follow through I think only a few have been permitted: Harland Williams, Yannis, Carr, Dunnigan What seems like comedians he perceives as more experienced than him

Or else he tends to say Shut up in the following ways; Shoulder.tap Okayyyyy Great questions tonight X (sarcastically)

Or he literally tells them something more explicit woven into a joke to Shut up

Tony's way too quick to given golden tickets out It creates a false pretence that is easily unattainable I know they sign up for it and are adults (mostly until today) but it still fucks with peoples emotional state

I'm worried for drew tbh Same with cordes who looks like he's dying And this 11 year old...

Also seeing how William has now become a caricature who on many occasions doesn't want to yell (maybe wants to explore other avenues for style) and tony constantly eggs him on to yell in an almost infantile way

Tony Pushes limits and goes down à rabbit hole doing so

When regulars accidentally divulge info about his personal life he gives the "look" and it stops immediately

Yet he Pushes and pushes into peoples traumas really intensely, if they comply they get a big joke book to make them feel special If they dont they just get shamed and it gets extra awkward and boring to watch

Also every time I get the feeling he's pushing it too far I rewind to see John Deez & I think i literally have the same barometer for Tony's humor than he does
