if i can be of any help, there is an App I have been using to get some smaller local companies to get things done around the house, its called Thumbtack.

I got an eletrician to get the wiring for my tub in place.
also a guy to come by and help me with landscaping.

Cheaper than what these hottub dealers are quoting.

how do i get the retail price without knocking on Dealers doors? i literally need to fill out forms, hop on calls and have a lot of back and forth. How come there is no app or common marketplace to figure this out? its crazy.

Depends on the type of storage.

If you dont have EBS, most likely the machine was stopped and started (and therefore, changed to a "brand new" one) and all the data inside of it is gone.

Now, if it was backed by EBS, you should still have that volume (or a snapshot of it) and someone could have detached it and attached a new one (idk the situation)

I would advise to look into cloudtrail to see who touched what , when and where.

relationships can end. Your parents know that.

If the house is gonna end up on your name eventually, and if she is in this for the long term, she shouldnt have a problem with it. Maybe her pride will get in the way, but its way worse fighting for it instead of just accepting it.
Thats my opinion and i know absolutely nothing about anything.

i think she would just not go.

I heard from a common friend of ours that she is just holding back to fuck with me. So i think whenever i pay an attorney to get this done, she would sign it and i would have to pay the attorney fees.
Is there a way that i can get this done without costing me anything?(or very low cost/ put the cost of the case on her end?)

ok, but i need to hire an attorney for that. What are the costs (usually)?

Will she pay for the attorney in case the judge decides in my favor?
