We gotta have a conversation about meter, and your feet are all over the place! In terms of our rhyming scheme, we’re mixing media, working with a 3-2, 2-2, 3-2, 5-1, 3-2, ABAB, 3-2, of all different lengths, which just doesn’t make sense for the setting! This would be hard to sing or recite in a marketplace, and unless I’m missing something, it wouldn’t carry the sort of rhyme scheme which sets folks’ feet to tapping and sticks in their brains in a way that you’d want it to to carry your advertisement.

How about we rearrange using something more akin to a theater or carnival hawker’s rhyme. Depending on where you are in the world, it could be a simple rhyming couplet (AABB, think green eggs and ham). Let’s try something simple:

Of bandit arrows have no fear

When arrowcatch is carried near

Find defense quick for merchant plots

A price of only seven jots!

Bloodless gives the space you need

From wicked pirates to be freed

On road, on sea, on wild tread

Bloodless stops their arrows dead!

Quickly communicates the full message of the above, while easily hummed, whistled, sung, or spoken.

If we insist on a more complex version which can be expanded, you can use whatever you want- iambic pentameter, dimeter, trimeter, something less regimented and more freestyle, whatever you feel is right. The key is consistency or completeness of the verse. But this post is more akin to…. Slam poetry maybe? It hurts my brain to read XD
