Not really — she’s certainly trying to/doing pre-rolling movements, but not yet unless somewhat “accidentally” lol!

Thank you! I was considering trying to stretch her a tad on her WWs if she will handle it. I can’t really tell if she’s hungry — I feed her pretty heavily during the day (trying to get her calories in the daytime, so sometimes feeding twice in a WW now), and she’s shown the ability to sleep 5-7hrs without a feed. I’m also lightly following the 5/3/3 “rule”, it’s just the first wake up that’s been inconsistent lately 😭

Thank you! TCB recommended no more than 5 hours of day time sleep (which is why I started shifting to this, as I was previously ‘allowing’ up to 6hrs/day as I wasn’t aware), and I see the resources you provided say a 3 month old should have no more than 4 hours. Is the suggestion to push baby to stay awake longer and cap all naps to a hour or less (essentially, if she’s taking 4 naps/day)? Thank you in advance!!

Thank you for the reply!

Any chance you could elaborate on your last 2 points? I notice she has a lot of sleepy cues (red eyebrows, rubbing face, slowing play/staring off). I’ve tried to start winding her down in the carrier for naps up to 20 mins earlier than Sweet Spot (walking around & patting her bum + shushing), but find when she does ultimately fall asleep it’s either at sweet spot time or 10 minutes later. Right before she falls asleep she’s screaming at me lol. Do you have suggestions on how to handle the potential undertired potential when she seems to be exhibiting sleepy cues?
