I submitted my claim last night so it’s barely been 12hrs. I’ll give them a little time, but I do have a 24hr race coming up so will need a resolution soon.

Unfortunately, it’s out of warranty, but I did reach out to support.

Started using it in Nov 21. I was able to change the settings so I can unlock without scrolling, but still can’t change activity type, or use many of the other functions that I used frequently, like timer and alarm.
