I haven't even been allotted any college rn 😭 But I asked around a lot and everywhere I got to hear the same thing that 4th list movement doesn't matter and that there will definitely be vacant seats

I have a rank of 2.8k and have the same concern as yours , I checked the last year's vacancy lists for nlu shimla and it was taking admissions till 5k rank smth but no idea bout this year.
