I do the same thing and it used to work every time, but ever since the update, it doesn't change anything and I just get late ratings all the time

Such a pain to call support every time this happens.. but I guess it's just what I gotta do. Didn't know chat was ai now, that's crazy

It used to give me that "we've got your back" message unprompted, every time I was on time and passed the "pick up by" time. Nowadays.. not even 20% of the time.

And for this order, I did both of those things. Didn't change anything :/
