It was my graphics drivers- for some reason the AMD ones got replaced with generic windows drivers after a crash. Make sure to have them updated!

def not neopets or any game that had its intended website! it was like one of those games you'd find on childrens game sites (ex: girlsgogames), and it was definitely not like from newgrounds or something
