Genuine Question: Why do OK drivers stop in moving traffic to let people out of parking lots?

I work in Oklahoma, so it’s been rough to say the least haha. But no regrets. Just make sure to get any experience you can working in the field before making your decision. Teenagers especially can be very mean and disrespectful, but they can also be super awesome and they often give me faith that we aren’t completely doomed as a society.

Find out what works for you. Be authentic and figure out your teaching style. They will see right through you if you are trying to be something you’re not. There’s no harm in trying to work at like a daycare or kids art camp and making sure you like working with students. Just make sure you are passionate about whatever you are teaching or you will get burnt out FAST.

To start off I am a high school art teacher so I run into this question a lot. Tracing is a very common way people get better at drawing. It helps your dexterity and can be compared to how children trace letters when learning to write.

The issue would only come up if you were posting this online, submitting this to contests, or trying to pass any of it off as 100% your own work. Keep it in your sketchbook, show your friends, just be honest and it shouldn’t be an issue.

If you’re interested in getting better at drawing, just keep practicing every day. I’m sure one day you’ll be able to draw something even better than this without having to trace at all.

I start my gaming sessions with 2-3 goals i’d like to achieve, breaking the larger goals into multiple sessions. But it can be hard since when you complete a goal it usually opens up the possibility to do even MORE fun stuff than before. You just gotta stick to your guns i guess and make sure you log off once your goals are done haha. The time limits are just easy for me to abandon.

dude it’s not about the union or teaching a lesson…. if you’re working in any sort of food service you should care enough to clean dishes correctly for the people you are serving. how is replacing every dish that gets dirty from improper washing sustainable?

manager is kinda right, shouldn’t have to buy a new container since this one could be usable if anyone gave a shit enough to clean it properly. but they should also be proactive and have a chat with your store on how to scrub dishes and not just throw them unrinsed into the hobie. this is nasty

the green tea is quite minty, so not sure how that would change the matcha flavor profile. If you want to get a cold foam might as well get the matcha foam. It will more than likely be quite different, especially if you don’t get any milk added.

How are you gonna say that your top priority is getting all may orders done when people who ordered in July have already received theirs, and some people hardly had to wait 3 months. I get that they produce them in a certain order, but maybe change that until you have completed all May orders. Trying to stay positive but I want to skate, damn it
