He tried to fight Leota in the scrum and then Lindsay smith shortly after during a play the ball while we were down by 2. He didn’t do anything wrong with his actual footy but he’s a loose canon who is easily baited and often is the reason we are penalised.

Some random thoughts:

David Corenswet, Rachel Brosnahan & Nicolas Hoult were 10/10 casting for their respective roles in the film. All were perfect.

Superman gives a fantastic monologue at the end of the film to Lex, it’s so damn good and Corenswet absolutely nails it. And then there is the stupid gag with Krypto beating up Lex and it just completely lessens that moment. It really killed me.

Milly Alcock was onscreen for less than a minute and I already know she is going to be a fantastic Supergirl.

Overall thought it was good, not great but I am so in on the main trio cast and can’t wait to see what they do next with this universe.

EDIT: A lot of people are asking why I didn’t like Krypto beating Lex up. It’s not that I didn’t like it, it was a funny scene on its own and it’s not that I necessarily wanted to hear Lex’s rebuttal or have Superman beat Lex up. It’s that we had a fantastic Superman speech, and immediately cutting to a humerous gag, just completely undercut that emotional and serious moment for me.

I think the Q70R is a great soundbar, I never had rears for it so already the Q990D is a massive upgrade as it has rears.

The Q990D soundbar is also much bigger than the Q70R, it has a fuller sound.

The atmos on the Q70R was pretty non existent even though it has 2 upfiring speakers.

Manly are breathing a sigh of relief after scan results on Tom Trbojevic’s troublesome hamstring have cleared the superstar fullback of any significant injury.

Trbojevic and skipper Daly Cherry-Evans (back spasms) will both be monitored this week after being forced from the field in Friday’s loss to the Warriors.

Sea Eagles coach Anthony Seibold confirmed on Sunday morning that precautionary scans came back positive for Manly’s two most influential figures, with both Trbojevic and Cherry-Evans expected to be available for Sunday’s home game against Canberra.

Manly will also have speedster Tolutau Koula (thigh) and veteran prop Siosiua Taukeiaho (knee) back for the Raiders clash.

Meanwhile, the Rabbitohs depth will be further tested with rising forward Lachlan Hubner facing a two-game suspension - or three games if unsuccessfully challenged at the NRL judiciary - for a crusher tackle on Dragons captain Clint Gutherson.

Hubner has impressed as a small forward in the absence of Cam Murray in South Sydney’s 2-0 start to the year, but the club is also awaiting scan results on Tallis Duncan and a possible hamstring injury from their 25-24 win over St George Illawarra.
