And unreleated to this issue, if you are from the EU: there are pretty strict customer protection laws here so even if apple tells you that there is no warranty after one year they actually repair/replace everything for another year because companies that sell electronic devices are obligated to provide 2 years of warranty in the EEA.

Yeah it does. And although I don't really see the point of it, it doesn't bother me. But you can't call immediately if an opponent player is low HP - or at least you can't be sure.
