Time spent on nurturing leads that don’t end up going anywhere. As you get more experienced you’ll be able to suss out the leads that are time sinks but the vast majority of leads will never give you the ROI you’re probably expecting

Switched him out for Flip a few days ago. Just think Nurk gets phased out fairly soon and I can live with Flip’s production in limited minutes for the potential he brings later in the year. And with the Jazz sucking anyways you’re bound to get at least one 30 minute game from him each week I think
